L-Post Upis a local El Paso sign-installation shop. We collect the minimum we need to plant your post and text you the photo — here's the whole picture, in plain English.
1. What we collect
When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, company/brokerage, the property address for the job, and your order details. If an installer photographs a completed job, that photo is attached to your order.
2. How we use it
To do the work: scheduling installs and removals, planning routes, sending order confirmations and completion photos by email and text, and keeping your order history in your customer portal. With your consent at checkout, we may also text you occasional offers from L-Post Up and our family companies, Film It Productions and Print It Plus — reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time.
3. Payments
Card payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes directly to Square and never touches our servers — we only store Square's reference for the transaction.
4. Who else touches your data
We use a small set of service providers to run the business: Supabase (secure database and login), Square (payments), Twilio (text messages), Resend (email), and Google Maps (turning the property address into map coordinates for routing). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
5. Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in to your account. No ad trackers, no analytics cookies, no third-party pixels.
6. Keeping and deleting your data
We keep order records for our business and tax records. Want your account or contact info deleted? Call or email us and we'll take care of it.
